Teeth bleaching is a way of using different materials and lights to lighten teeth that have darkened or stained over time. Proper care should be taken not to over do it and cause or increase sensitivity to temperature. Whitening can be done professionally in a dental office or it can also be done with take home whitening kits. There are many products available to do this. We are currently using Spa Dent and have had no cases where patients have experienced an increase in sensitivity to their teeth after having them whitened.
